Yes — our custom pet portraits accept your pet’s name and either a photo for a painted-style portrait or a stylised silhouette. The product page walks you through photo requirements (clear, well-lit, ideally at eye level).
What if I have more than one pet — can they all be in the same artwork?
Yes. Many of our pet designs accommodate multiple pets in a single piece, whether that’s a combined portrait or individual panels in a series. Mention how many pets in the order notes and we’ll suggest the best layout in the proof.
Is this a meaningful way to remember a pet who's passed away?

What photo works best for a pet portrait?
A clear, well-lit photo at the pet’s eye level, ideally on a plain background, gives the best result. Daylight beats indoor lighting. If the photo isn’t perfect, send what you have anyway — we’ll review and let you know in the proof whether it’ll work or whether a different shot would help.
How long will my personalised piece take to arrive?
Every personalised piece starts with a digital proof sent to you within 48 hours for approval before we print. Once approved, your artwork is printed within 2-3 business days for stretched canvas, or 4-5 business days for framed prints and floating frames. Australia-wide delivery is typically 3-7 business days. UK orders are printed locally in Europe, and USA + Canada orders ship from our partner studios in those regions, so transit is fast everywhere.
How much is delivery to my address?
Delivery is a $40 AUD flat rate to anywhere in Australia (every state and territory, including rural and regional addresses) and to the United Kingdom. Express within Australia is around $35 extra to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metro. Europe is generally comparable to UK pricing. USA and Canada are quoted per order via our shipping prices page.
Can I pick up locally instead of having it shipped?
Yes. We offer FREE local pickup from our Noosaville (QLD) studio and our Booragoon (Perth, WA) studio. Pop your order through, choose pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. A quick courtesy call before arriving is always appreciated so someone is free to greet you.
What if I want to change the wording or layout after I order?
Easy. We send a digital proof before anything is printed, and you can request as many tweaks as you need until you’re happy. We only press print once you’ve signed off — so there’s no risk of receiving something you weren’t expecting.
What materials and inks do you use?
Every piece is printed on 380gsm premium poly-cotton canvas using Canon LUCIA 12-colour pigment archival inks. Canvases are stretched over kiln-dried Italian-profile timber bars and arrive with D-rings and steel hanging wire fitted — ready to hang straight from the box.

Yes — our Beyond a Word gift vouchers are emailed instantly, so they’re perfect for last-minute gifting. The recipient can choose their own design, personalisation and size, with no expiry.
What's your returns and refund policy on personalised work?
Because every piece is made to order from your personal details, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on personalised items. That’s exactly why we send the digital proof first — so you can check every word, name and date before we print.
