We have a standardised price structure for all custom art sold on this website, it can be seen here, this price includes the custom creation of your personalised artwork, emailed proofs whenever changes are requested. If you would like us to create a new design that you have seen elsewhere we will usually be able to do this but depending on the complexity there may be a surcharge. Feel free to email us with an example of what you’d like created if its not seen on our site.
We offer three choices of finished product, we print on archival fine art paper, 390gsm 100% cotton canvas and also frame the archival fine art paper using premium grade timber moulding. The artwork is then sprayed with an invisible protective later of Matisse art varnish.

We print on premium quality, award winning fine art paper made of 100% cotton, created to bring your art to life. This naturally acid- and lignin-free paper offers a maximum colour contrast helping to make your Beyond Words art designs a centre piece for any wall space. A fine art paper print will be delivered rolled in a wooden tube.
No corners are cut with our stretched canvas prints, your art is printed using premium quality pigment inks, on 400gsm, 100% cotton canvas, sprayed with an invisible laminate to protect against UV damage and scuffing then finally stretched over a kiln-dried timber frame. The final result has been scientifically proven to last up to 70 years and still maintain its vibrant colours.
Framed Paper Prints
We print on the premium quality, award winning fine art paper made of 100% cotton then mount the print onto a wooden frame; we offer a choice of a white or black frame as standard but can offer other colours. The wooden frame is 30mm thick.
We try to make our inks a consistent colour, but they are hand mixed and may vary slightly from one print to the next. We have taken care with the photographs to accurately reflect the colours and hopefully, the name helps too. We hope when you receive your print that it matches your expectations.
Our canvas prints are carefully wrapped using bubble wrap & cardboard, a print will be carefully wrapped in a cardboard tube and the framed prints will be securely wrapped using bubble wrap, cardboard and core flute to ensure that no damage occurs during transit. The core flute is also used for any canvas prints being shipped internationally. Some of our artworks may be large but they are safe.
Changes to Proof Designs
Every effort is made to ensure that our customers are happy with their personalised artwork, we greatly value our customers and realise that word of mouth is some of the best advertising we will get. Once a proof has been designed we are happy to make some changes free of charge; Colour changes: Changes to the background or word colours incur no extra cost Additional Words: We are more than happy to add extra words as we realise that sometimes important words are forgotten. The following change requests will often incur a $20 charge as these involve large amounts of redesign work: Font type change: a great deal of time is spent carefully arranging each word to create a balanced design. Changes to the font type will usually affect word spacing and therefore a new design layout is often required. Alteration of a layout. If a customer changes their mind about the layout this requires an entirely new design.
Once an order has been placed we will aim to have a proof emailed for your approval within 2 working days, after this proof has been approved we can usually print and dispatch the order within 2 days. We offer a subsidised flat shipping rate of just $10 for all art anywhere in Australia, we understand that it isn’t easy to be at home all the time and are happy to send to an alternative address if it makes life easier for you. If the package isn’t signed for, a delivery slip is left at the address and the parcel will be returned to the courier’s local depot. Redelivery can be arranged by contacting the courier.
We regularly despatch our prints all over the globe. Our packaging and shipping vary according to the size and destination, just ask us for a shipping price. Here are the subsidised shipping prices for international deliveries.

- Spain, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Portugal: $20
- Norway, Sweden, Poland, Denmark: $25

These charges are per order; we charge the same for 1 print or 20 prints. For international items we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars.
Payments can be made in three ways. On the website via Epath, a digitally encrypted safe and secure credit card payment system. Paypal, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. If you prefer to pay bank transfer our details are; Blue Horizon Printing, BSB: 082140, Account number: 192709355, we bank with NAB Bank.
We use premium quality thick frames as standard with a thin perspex cover to protect the artwork and also allow them to be shipped and transported without any damage. We can also offer a wide range of custom frames if required if you have a particular frame style, colour or design please feel free to contact us directly and we can discuss what is available.

Is it possible to get a refund after my proof has been created
We will happily offer a refund of your payment excluding the $50 design fee, this will be paid within 24 hours in the unlikely event that a request should be made however we would prefer to make proof changes until our customers are 100% happy with the final product.
Will I see a proof?
Yes, we will create a proof for you to review and approve within 2 working days of receiving payment for the order. Changes such as colours, small layout changes, adding or removing words etc can be made on your request until you are 100% happy with the design. We will then print your art. Allow up to 2 business days per set of requested changes although the usual turnaround time is less than 24 hours for a new proof to be sent.
